I went to the salon with my hair really bad… patches everywhere, red, copper, orange, yellow, all mixed, messy and ugly. Honestly, I thought no one can fix it. But he did magic! He blended all the colors and gave me a clean latte ombré, so smooth, no lines, no patch. From disaster to beautiful hair in one session. Aanjd, waw waw waw, I didn’t expect this result. He knows exactly what he’s doing, very professional, patient, and with good taste. I left the salon happy and shining. I recommend him 100%!

I won a free salon voucher during the holidays from MTV. When I called to make a reservation, the salon staff told me the voucher had expired—even though there was no expiry date printed on it. I found this to be very unprofessional and dishonest. It’s disappointing to experience such poor treatment and lack of integrity toward customers.

I went and got my hair done in Lebanon for the first time and I didn't like it 🙁 I went to Chady Makdessy's Salon for an eyelash appointment with Jbo~ Josiane BOuassi (which was amazing btw) and he offered to help me with my hair that I wasn't really into prior to arriving 😀 He listened to what I wanted and took care of my mom and I (he helped fix both our hairs HAHA). He even gave me a free hair treatment... shows he really cares about his customers! ALSO, I've never had my hair styled like this... I LOVE IT and will be back for sure!! Thank you Chady and his awesome team 🙂
